Effective March 1, 2021 - Revised Divorce Forms

Amendments to the Divorce Act (Canada) will come into force on March 1, 2021.

Due to the nature of these amendments, and the resulting amendments to the Alberta Rules of Court, the revised forms for divorce proceedings must be used effective March 1, 2021.  The corresponding forms previously in use will not be accepted for filing after February 26, 2021.

The Court of Queen's Bench is providing the below listed revised Divorce Forms in advance.  For any other Family Law Forms currently in use, please refer to the main Family Law Forms page.
