Commencing May 8, 2024, the King's Bench Family and Divorce Filing Digital Service will now accept general filing and claims for Family Law actions in the judicial centres of Calgary and Edmonton.
Effective May 22, 2024, general filing and claims for Family Law actions will be expanded to include all judicial centres.
Effective June 1, 2024, lawyers and legal assistants must now file general filing and claims documents through the King's Bench Family and Divorce Filing Digital Service. This mandate applies to all future Family and Divorce documents added to this service's "List of Accepted Documents".

document(s) not included in the 'List of Accepted Documents' will be rejected.
