Commencing November 29, 2023 the King's Bench Family and Divorce Filing Digital Service will expand Family Law Act document filing to the Judicial Centres of Edmonton and Calgary.
Please note the King’s Bench Family and Divorce Filing Digital Service is only available to lawyers and legal assistants.

Please note that the King’s Bench Family and Divorce Filing Digital Service cannot accommodate filings for which payment is waived or from entities that do not currently pay a fee (i.e., fee waiver/Legal Aid Certificate, filings by Alberta Justice). These filings will continue to be accepted by email.
