Expansion of the Court Case Management (CCM) System Pilot Release for Previously Booked Half-Day Civil Specials to Lethbridge and Red Deer
Court and Justice Services is pleased to announce further expansion of the CCM digital document delivery pilot to the judicial centres of Red Deer and Lethbridge effective April 29, 2024.
This pilot program will enable lawyers to upload electronic materials directly to the Justice assigned to the matter, with the goal of streamlining the process and improving overall efficiency.
Counsel with impacted Red Deer or Lethbridge matters will be contacted directly by the Court with instructions and necessary information to ensure that the transition to digidtal document delivery is as seamless as possible.
