Effective September 1, 2016, all applications in criminal appeals that must be heard by a
three-judge panel of the Court will be scheduled and heard along with sentence appeals
on the days regularly scheduled for sentence appeals.
Applications in civil appeals that must be heard by a three-judge panel will continue to be
heard on the regularly scheduled panel application days.
Litigants who have any questions about the procedure may contact the Case
Management Officers in Edmonton or Calgary.
The Notice to the Profession of June 16, 2016 is repealed.
