Airdrie Court Relocation

Please be advised that effective August 26, 2024, all court matters scheduled to be heard at the Airdrie Courthouse will be relocated to Courtroom 1407 in the Calgary Courts Centre. This relocation is expected to last approximately six weeks and further updates will be provided as they become available.

During this relocation period, Airdrie court matters will be held at:

  • If your matter is scheduled for trial, you must appear in person in Courtroom 1407 at the Calgary Courts Centre, on the scheduled date, for your trial.
  • Remote appearances will be available for counsel and self-represented individuals. The Webex link is as follows:

  • If you have a scheduled docket court appearance and are not able to attend court either in person or remotely, on your scheduled court date, please call the Calgary Regional Court Office on the date of your scheduled appearance (before 10:00 a.m.) at 403-297-4396 Ext 5.
  • Duty Counsel will be available at the Calgary Courts Centre to assist with criminal docket appearances.

Online Option for Traffic Tickets only: www.traffictickets.alberta.ca

  • Please action one of the following online options on or before 1:00 p.m. on your first appearance date:
  • Pay your ticket using a credit card;
  • Plead guilty and request time to pay;
  • Plead not guilty and have a trial date set for you; or

  • Dispute your ticket and ask for a possible resolution.

Please note that if you have a Part 2 Ticket (Summons) for a mandatory court appearance, you may appear in Courtroom 1407 at the Calgary Courts Centre on the date of your appearance, or you may plead not guilty via the online portal or via the email below.
