Announcements

Due to the evacuation notice that has been issued for Fort McMurray, the courthouse will be closed the week of May 21-24, 2024. In person service will not be available in Fort McMurray, however, email and filing services will continue to be available by emailing COJFortMcMurray@just.gov.ab.ca. All matters scheduled to proceed on the following dates at the Alberta Court of Justice in Fort McMurray will be heard out of St. Albert Court, as follows:
