The current labour action at Canada Post will affect Alberta Court of Justice processes.
For Individuals with Traffic Tickets or Court Documents:
If you were planning to pay a ticket or submit a not guilty plea by mail, please use one of the following options instead:
Reminder: It is the responsibility of the defendant to ensure their payment or court response is received before the stated deadline.
Outgoing mail from the court will not be delivered. This includes:
- Court appearance notifications
- Garnishee payments
- Refunds or other Court-issued payments
