Okotoks Court Relocation

Please be advised that effective July 30, 2024, all court matters scheduled to be heard at the Okotoks Courthouse will be relocated to Diamond Valley. The relocation is expected to last approximately 6 weeks and further updates will be provided as they become available.

During this relocation period, Okotoks Court matters will be held at:

  • If you have a scheduled court appearance and are not able to attend court in person on your scheduled court date, please call the Diamond Valley Court office on that date (before 10:00 a.m.) at 403-933-6225.
  • Remote appearances will be available for counsel and self-represented individuals. The Webex link is as follows:

  • Duty Counsel will be available to speak to on your court date.
