- If you have a scheduled docket court appearance and are not able to attend court in person on your scheduled court date, please call the Fort Macleod Court Office on the date of your scheduled appearance (before 10:00 a.m.) at 403-553-5003.

- Duty Counsel will be available at the Fort Macleod Courthouse to speak to on your court date for criminal docket appearances.

- Plead guilty and request time to pay;
- Plead not guilty and have a trial date set for you; or
- Dispute your ticket and ask for a possible resolution.
Please note that if you have a Part 2 Ticket (Summons) for mandatory court, you are required to appear at the Fort Macleod Courthouse on the date of your appearance or you may plead not guilty via the following options:
- Sign in the plead not guilty area of the ticket and mail it in;
- Sign in the plead not guilty area of the ticket and drop it off at the Fort Macleod or Lethbridge Courthouse; or
- Plead not guilty by submitting an email to: traffic.lethbridge@just.gov.ab.ca
