Effective October 14, 2025, the Edmonton and Calgary Practice Directive, Family Pre-Court Practice and Procedure Changes will be updated to apply to Family Law Act proceedings taking place in St. Albert, Stony Plain, Sherwood Park, Leduc and Fort Saskatchewan, in addition to Edmonton and Calgary.
