Commencing March 17, 2025, the Alberta Court of Justice will extend the implementation of the four (4) mandatory pre-court requirements as part of the Alberta Justice Family Justice Strategy to Family Law Act applications taking place in the Judicial Centre of Red Deer.
The four mandatory pre-court requirements are outlined in the Family Pre-Court Practice and Procedure Changes (Red Deer) Practice Directive.
