The Court of King’s Bench of Alberta and the Alberta Court of Justice have revised the December 3, 2024 Family Justice Strategy Desk Consent Order Process announcement.
Counsel and parties remain encouraged to use the new process. A further announcement will be made when the process becomes mandatory.
