Please be advised of the following changes to Alberta Court of Justice locations effective January 5, 2026:
High Level:
Docket Court Every 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th Thursday 9:30 a.m.
Excluding any Court of King’s Bench sitting dates
Trials only Every 1st, 2nd and 3rd Monday 12:30 p.m.
Every 5th Thursday 9:30 a.m.
Family Court Every 4th Monday 12:30 p.m.
Civil Claims Every 5th Monday 12:30 p.m.
Chateh:
Docket Court & Trials Every 1st and 3rd Wednesday 10:00 a.m.
Trials only 2nd Wednesday 10:00 a.m.
Fort Vermilion:
Docket Court Every 2nd and 4th Tuesday 10:00 a.m.
Trial Matters Every 1st, 2nd and 3rd Tuesday 10:00 a.m.
