Document Filing - Lawyers without FDS Access

Lawyers without Filing Digital Service (FDS) access may follow the same process as self-represented litigants and file by email or in person at the counter. 

Payment may be made via the Government of Alberta Payment Application Service (GPAS) if they have an email address, internet access and a credit card.

Out of province lawyers who do not have a charge account agreement and wish to open a charge account for email filing may direct their inquiries at:
