* Please be aware that parties filing an Appointment for Review (Form 42) MUST confirm their booking with the RAA Scheduler by providing the Action Number no later than 1 week after the appointment is booked. Failure to do so will result in the appointment being struck without any further reminder by the RAA scheduler.

Note: When filing an APPOINTMENT FOR REVIEW OF RETAINER AGREEMENT / LAWYER’S CHARGES (Form 42), the applicant MUST serve the respondent at least 10 days prior to the scheduled hearing date. Failure to do so will result in your matter being struck.
