Family Focused Protocol

The Family Focused Protocol (FFP) is a series of processes focused on a family-centered, resolution-oriented and streamlined approach to family matters, applicable to Family and Divorce proceedings at all Court of King’s Bench Judicial Centres.

The FFP processes are set out in the Notice to Profession and Public: New Processes in Family Law – Family Focused Protocol.
