Expansion of the King’s Bench Filing Digital Service – Civil and Chambers (FDS) to Include Applications Judges Chambers Applications

Apr 22, 2026

Effective April 22, 2026, the King’s Bench Filing Digital Service – Civil and Chambers (FDS) will expand to include Applications Judges Chambers Province wide, for hearings scheduled on or after May 11, 2026.

This expansion will allow lawyers to submit an application, accompanied by supporting materials and the mandatory proposed form of Order through the service. Reply materials will also be accepted. Materials will be digitally delivered to the Applications Judge. Orders that are granted in the provided form will be digitally signed by the Applications Judge and made available to counsel through the digital service.

Counsel submitting material for Applications Judges Chambers for May 11 and beyond must use the King’s Bench Filing Digital service for this purpose.

Please note that all supporting documents you intend to rely on should be submitted with your Application. Documents not submitted by counsel will not be seen by the Applications Judge.

Please note that the submission process for adjournments, restoring your matter to the list, ex parte applications, and users who are not yet able to use the digital service will remain unchanged.

Please note any Foreclosure Order or document that requires review before filing must follow the current email process.

For Regional Hearings heard virtually please find the Virtual Courtroom information here.
