Effective June 24, 2025, lawyers and legal assistants using the Family and Divorce Filing Digital Service will be able to submit Applications and supporting materials for Family Justice Chambers under the new "Family Chambers" category.
Restoring Sine Die Matters
Lawyers and legal assistants will now be able to restore sine die matters to the Morning Family Chambers list through the Family and Divorce Filing Digital Service.

Lawyers and legal assistants may now submit previously filed documents in support of an upcoming Family Chambers hearing directly through the Family and Divorce Filing Digital Service, eliminating the need to email materials to Court Operations.
The affidavit requirements outlined in Practice Note 2 remain in effect. However, exhibits no longer need to be submitted separately within the Family and Divorce Filing Digital Service when filing affidavits in support of Family Justice Chambers.
