Effective June 17, 2026, applications for Ancillary and Resealed grants, where a prior foreign grant has been issued for the estate will be accepted in SDS.
By July 2, 2026 GA paper applications submitted by lawyers that include foreign grants will no longer be accepted, and must be filed using SDS.
There is no requirement to store the original foreign grant with the Courts.
