Effective immediately, minor amendments have been made to the Court of Kings Bench Notice to Profession – Family Focused Protocol.
Under B. Filing and Service of a Regular Family Process Application, the first sentence has been changed from:
“Parties seeking interim or final relief by way of a Regular Family Process Application...” to: “Parties seeking any relief by way of a Regular Family Process Application...”
Similarly, subparagraph (e) has been changed from “If interim relief is sought, a Form FL-18 Application and supporting Affidavit/Statements...” to “If any relief is sought, a Form Fl-18 Application and supporting Affidavit/Statements”.
