Due to the evacuation notice that has been issued for Fort McMurray, the courthouse will be closed the week of May 21-24, 2024. Email and digital filing services will continue to be available. All matters scheduled to proceed at the Court of King’s Bench in Fort McMurray will be heard remotely, as follows:
Rule 4.10 Case Conferences and Early Intervention Case Conferences (EICCs): the Court will provide remote hearing links to the parties and/or counsel directly.
