In conjunction with the Alberta Justice Family Justice Strategy, the Court of King’s Bench of Alberta and the Alberta Court of Justice have approved a new process for submitting desk consent orders for matters under the Family Law Act and the Divorce Act.
Counsel and parties are encouraged to use this new process effective immediately.
