Judicial Dispute Resolution at the Court of King's Bench
Until further notice, due to the volume of trials and Applications booked, the Court of King’s Bench will be unable to offer bookings for Judicial Dispute Resolutions (JDRs), except for certain Special JDRs (SPEC) for currently scheduled long civil and family trials that will be identified by the Court.
