Court of King’s Bench Jury Expense Request

Court and Justice Services is pleased to introduce a new online service to support Albertans who have incurred eligible expenses and allowances while attending jury selection in Alberta. Effective July 2nd, 2025, individuals may submit an expense request through the online portal: https://eservices.alberta.ca/jury-expense-request-english.html.

What you’ll need:

  • A copy of your Juror Summons
  • Original receipts for eligible expenses

Key Information:

  • Claims must be submitted within 30 days of jury selection attendance.
  • Only expenses that meet the criteria outlined in the Jury Act Regulation will be considered for reimbursement.
  • Incomplete submissions will be returned with a request for additional information.
