Effective immediately, the Court is implementing a process for requests for waivers of the Family Justice Strategy Mandatory Requirements, under the Court’s Family Focused Protocol. The waiver request process is set out in the new Appendix B to the Revised Notice to Profession and Public – Family Focused Protocol.
