Effective immediately, all one-hour Special Family Law Chambers Applications in Edmonton must be scheduled through the Special Chambers Coordinator.

The new booking form and the availability for these hearings can be found on the Alberta Courts’ website - https://www.albertacourts.ca/qb/court-operations-schedules/scheduling. Availability for these applications will be updated twice-daily. All adjournment requests must be made in writing to the Special Chambers Coordinator.
Please note that as of April 3rd, these applications are subject to the new filing deadlines and procedures outlined in Family Practice Note 2. Parties are required to review and comply with the deadlines in this Practice Note.
