Effective August 26, 2024, the Court of King’s Bench Filing Digital Service will expand to include commencing Without Notice Desk Applications for a Justice or Applications Judge.
All Desk Applications must include either a proposed form of Order or Fiat. Please note that Fiats should not be applied directly to the document for which you are seeking a Fiat; instead, they should be submitted as a standalone document. You may attach the document for which you are seeking a Fiat as a schedule to your Fiat for review or as a supporting document.
Additionally, effective August 26, 2024, the Filing Digital Service will also expand to include signed orders commencing an action and Fiats granted out of the Court of King’s Bench.
